I acknowledged that they had probably heard a lot about it from their families and seen lots about it on TV over the weekend, but that instead of looking back on something terrible, we were going to look ahead to the world they would live in, and think about how they were going to make that world a better place. I read PAULIE PASTRAMI ACHIEVES WORLD PEACE and then we worked on a "peace quilt" with 1/4 sheets of paper as a picture of them achieving world peace in a small or large way, and a small 1/4 sheet paper bit of writing about their picture.
